  Zentangle® Classes

 If You can make these five strokes you can do Zentangle®.

Zentangle® is an Art Form in which tangles (patterns) are made up of hand drawn lines and are combined to form Zentangles®.

Class Fee Per Class-Adults- $35.00
Children (8-17)- $30.00

Students will learn a minimum of 7 patterns  and will complete 2 tiles in each of the regular classes. Call Penny for more info on the special class. All materials are included. Must bring pen and pencil provided in Beginning Class to more advanced classes

Tangling Classes by PennyRae

Basic Tangling-2 Hour Class

In this class you will learn the basic of creating a Zentangle® Tile. You will learn 7 or 8 tangle patterns to use in your designs and will complete 2 tiles.  A Basic Tangling kit is included in the price of the class and includes extra tiles to take to take home.

You can book me to come teach a basic Tangling Class at:
1-Your Residence-Minimum of 4 students
2-A Group or organization meeting
3-Scout or Club meetings
4- Hospital & Nursing Homes
Individuals who are I'll or laid up need to relax & unwind to enable them to recover. Zentangle® is an activity that can help them do this. It will take there mind off the pain, stress and boredom of inactivity. It is an inexpensive activity that requires only a paper tile, pen and pencil to complete.  You can do it anywhere, standing, sitting or reclining. Great for waiting rooms, easy to bring along anywhere. It is a marvelous pastime for patients who have a lot of time on there hands or who have to rest a lot during there recovery. Zentangle® is an activity for all and can be a relaxing, fun and low cost activity.

Beyond Basic Tangling

Each student will recieve a Kit which includes:
1. Tiles to complete in class and extras to take home for practice
2. 1 Micron 01 Pen or 1 Sharpie Marker-if you have taken the Basic TanglingClass
3. 1 Paper Tortillon
4. Learn 7 to 8 Tangle Patterns
5. Complete 2 tiles-1 square and 1 round
In this class you will learn the basics of creating a Zentangle® Tile. You will learn 7 to 8 tangle patterns to use in your designs and will complete 2 tiles 1 square and 1 round. A basic Tangle kit is included in the price of the class and includes tiles to take home.

Tangled Zendala's Basic's

Must have completed either the Basic Tangling or Beyond the Basic Tangling class first. Must bring Micron 01 Pen and pencil from either class to this one.
Each student will recieve a Zendala Tangle Kit which includes:
1. Round Tiles to complete in class and extras to take home for practice
2. 1 Sharpie Marker
3. Learn 7 to 8 Tangle Patterns
4. Complete 2 tiles
In this class you will learn the basics of creating a Zendala Tile. You will learn 7 to 8 tangle patterns to use in your designs and will complete 2 round tiles. A Zendala Tangle kit is included in the price of the class and includes tiles to take home-a choice of 5 small or 3 small and 1 large.

Tangled Three Dementional Star Ornament

Must have completed either the Basic Tangling or Beyond the Basic Tangling class first. Must bring Micron 01 Pen and pencil from either class to this one.
Each student will recieve a Star Tangle Kit which includes:
1. Stars to complete in class and 1 Star Template to take home for further use.
2. 1 Sharpie Marker
3. Learn 7 to 8 Tangle Patterns
4. Complete 2 Stars
In this class you will learn the basics of creating a Tangles Star Ornament. You will learn 7 to 8 tangle patterns to use in your designs and will complete 2 Stars. A Star Tangle kit is included in the price of the class and includes 2 Stars to complete in class and 1 Star Template to take home.

Tangling with Stencils

Must have completed either the Basic Tangling or Beyond the Basic Tangling class first. Must bring Micron 01 Pen and pencil from either class to this one.
Each student will recieve a Stenciling Tangle Kit which includes:
1. 1Card and 1 sm Gift Bag to complete in class and extras to take home for practice
2. 1 Sharpie Marker
3. Learn 7 to 8 Tangle Patterns
4. Complete1 card and 1 bag
In this class you will learn the basics of creating a Stenciled Tangle . You will learn 7 to 8 tangle patterns to use in your designs and will complete 1 card and 1 bag. A Stenciling Tangle kit is included in the price of the class and includes 1Card and 1 sm Gift Bag to complete in class and 1 card to take home.

Tangled Christmas Ball Ornament

Must have completed either the Basic Tangling or Beyond the Basic Tangling class first. Must bring Micron 01 Pen and pencil from either class to this one.
Each student will recieve a Christmas Ornament Tangle Kit which includes:
1. 2 Balls to complete in class and 1 to take home for practice
2. 1 Sharpie Marker
3. Learn 7 to 8 Tangle Patterns
4. Complete1 Ornament
In this class you will learn the basics of creating a Tangled Christmas Ball Ornament . You will learn 7 to 8 tangle patterns to use in your designs and will complete 2 Christmas Ornaments. A Christmas Ornament Tangle Kit is included in the price of the class and includes 2 Balls to complete in class and 1 Ball to take home.
